On December 18th, a Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) player deposited €100 by Moneybookers. Three days later, the player found that he was unable to place any wager, even for €1. When the player requested his money thinking that Cashpoint chose not to accept his business, he was informed that his deposited amount must be rolled over at least once prior to a withdrawal.
