Season Two of the UKIPT was set to kick off in Galway, Ireland as part of the Irish Poker Championship Dec. 2-5 with a four-day ?1,000+100 buy-in ?250k Guaranteed event.

However, PokerStars announced Tuesday that due to adverse weather conditions in the UK, the UKIPT Galway main event will be postponed to Friday Dec. 3 at 12 p.m.

For registered players who can still make it out to the venue Thursday Dec. 2, PokerStars has also announced it will run a ?10,000 freeroll at 4 p.m. local time in the main tournament area.
